Beginner scullery or expert cordon bleu, for 2.5 hours, in complete immersion, you join the brigade and contribute to the establishment of the lunch service.
You take part in the organization of the kitchen of a starred restaurant, and discover all the secrets that go into preparing a great meal.
Your morning will conclude with a shared aperitif, in the kitchen, around the past.
All utensils, exceptional products from our suppliers, and an apron – which you can purchase at the end of the workshop – are provided to you.
Bring closed shoes with grippy soles, such as walking shoes.
On request, group workshops – seminars, team-building, etc. – can be organized.
